Mary is experienced in helping individuals who suffer from Post-traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD), anxiety, depression, and burnout that is found in patients and care-takers. She allows individuals to feel seen, heard and supported in the midst of their struggles with medical trauma.

As an ex- high school teacher, Mary is well-versed in the needs of adolescents, with particular expertise working with young people with additional learning needs. Mary will support your teen to work towards a life of overcoming hurdles.

Mary presently offers online counselling only. This enables clients to make appointments around their schedules without the extra pressure of travel to and from the appointment.
